I. TIME CONTEXT
1998 - Jun Encarnacion Salon Tutuban Branch opened.
2001 - Jun Encarnacion left the world.
2006 - at an initial capital of 140K, Mr. Warren put up CUT Encarnacion Salon.
2007 - 3 salons were operating. Management problem occurred and Warren was left with one (1) salon.
2014 - Today our Branches are 84 and counting.

III. BACKGROUND OF THE COMPANY
From humble beginnings, hard work, dedication, passion, and the desire to provide quality hair care service to different social classes, CUT Encarnacion Group of Salons were born. Established in 2006, in the heart of Manila’s bargain capital, Tutuban Shopping Mall, the very first CUT salon was introduced. Not wanting to waste any of his late Uncle’s legacy –Jun Encarnacion professional hair stylist–owner Warren Encarnacion, a graduate of Fine Arts major in Interior Design, followed his dreams and passion in the art of hair styling. Following the footsteps of his Uncle, Warren finds fulfilment in bringing out an individual’s unique and natural beauty. By bringing out the beauty of Manila’s finest, CUT Salon expanded to its second branch and its very first franchise in Tutuban Shopping Mall and another one at Fairview, in front of FEU Hospital, soon after.
