The Westin Hotels & Resorts is a 5-star hotel that is first founded in the United States by Severt W. Thutston. In 2011, they have been operating approximately 160 hotels in 37 countries including one of their hotels in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Opening in 2003, The Westin Kuala Lumpur is located right in Bukit Bintang, which is the heart of Kuala Lumpur. This hotel has 443 guest rooms and suites with splendid views whereby guests can enjoy a residential comfort. Efficient work spaces, 24-hour in-room dining, and efficient work spaces would complete the stay in The Westin.
A range of services within The Westin is provided for the guests. WestinWORKOUT Gym for instance, is a spacious and well-equipped gym that also provides a personal trainer. There are also sauna rooms and lockers provided. Business Center will always be ready to serve you to do businesses while away from home and the concierge desk in the lobby has multilingual staff to serve the guests a range of services including transportation arrangements to many places as well as pick-up services to and from the airport. Moreover, there is an outdoor pool right outside the all-day casual restaurant. For parents with kids, Westin Kids Club can be a fun yet secured place for kids to play while parents enjoy some time off. Especially for women, in-room spa with custom-designed treatments is available in the guests’ own rooms. To satisfy the customer’s appeal, there are six restaurants and lounges ranging from Bakery, Cantonese, Italian, Latin American, Regional/International cuisines, and last but not least, a lounge namely The Living Room open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They had been awarded as the best hotel restaurant in 2012 lately.
