In 2012, DSMAC reformed and extended its production base continuously. For example, the second-stage project construction outspread the production workshop and ameliorated the workers’ working environment. The headquarters office area was added, covering two floors of the Torch building now. The imtermediate frequency furnace transformation improved the production efficiency greatly. All these improvement in 2012 plays an important role in DSMAC’s enterprise developing strategies.
Recently, DSMAC brought two new numerical control cutting off machines and out them into use after debugging. Controlled by the computer simulation analog control technique, this machine can improve the utilization rate of the cutting plate, advancing the crushing equipment’s cost performance and production capacity. Besides, DSMAC also introduced in heavy-duty engine lathe, computer simulation analog double column vertical lathe, horizontal type mill boring car, and other new processing equipment to improve the crushing capacity. These machines are the basics of enterprise strength and also the guarantee for various crushers’ production with the increasing of the domestic and foreign orders.
