This year has been a trying year for me, I spent most of the year on leave due to complications in my pregnancy. I returned to work in June after being off for 12 weeks, with returning to my normal duties I was able to exceed the goal for most of the metrics for my role. In July I applied for ADPS and Apple store rotation, I was hired for both and deceived to go for the more permanent role in ADPS. Shortly after completing ADPS training I had to take my leave to give birth to my son. Returning to work after a maternity leave, I could have not asked for better support from my TM and Team. I have been communicating with peers for assistance as well as assisting peers. Worked with a team member to facilitate team meetings for
the month of February and March. In the team meeting I have engaged team mates with bringing fun themes to the team meetings. I also send out freebie emails to the team to bring up the morale of not just being work emails. I was able to create a new time card reminder email to send out to my team. Received wonderful feed back when I participated in iProof email review group. Recognized among my peers with several WOW’s along with a nomination for P07 ACPR Recognition award.
