Nanotechnology
WHAT IS NANOTECHNOLOGY????
So when we hear of the word a basic question comes in that what someone means by nanotechnology?
So a basic definition:- Nanotechnology is the branch of science dealing with nanoparticles or nanobots that are useful in our lives and makes our lives much more easier. Nanotechnology is the description of activities at the level of atoms and molecules. It generally deals with particles of size around few nanometers. A nonometer is a billionth of a meter.
The more small the size of the nanoparticles the more desired properties we get from it thus the more useful nanotechnology makes these particles for us. As more and more small the size of the particle is thus the more different properties …show more content…
Nanorobots :-
What are nanobots actually or what nanobots means ????
Nanobots are microscopic devices which are measured on the scale of nanometers. They can work at atomic, molecular and cellular level so that they can be useful in both the medical as well as industrial fields.
In the field of medicine these robots find extreme use. Nanomedicine robot are so small that they can easily travel through the human body to the target cell which causes a particular disease.
According to scientist the exterior or the body of the nanobots should be made of the carbon atoms in a diamond structure because of its inert properties and strength. It is assumed that nanobots would constitute any passive or active structure capable of actuation, sensing, signalling, transporting information and intelligence at nanoscale.

Many other light elements such as hydrogen, sulphur, oxygen, nitrogen, fluorine etc can also be used for special purposes in nanoscale gears and other components.
Detailed history of development of nanorobots :-
i.) December 29, 1959:- Richard Feynman said that “There’s Plenty of Room at the Bottom”
1.) First use of the concepts of nanotechnology.
2.) Describes a process by which individual atoms and molecules can be manipulated. ii.) 1974:- Professor Norio Taniguchi defines nanotechnology as “the processing of separation, consolidation, and deformation of materials by one atom or by one
