(d) IKEA produces its products according to the need of the customers in different regions, like in the case it is mentioned that the IKEA stopped producing small glasses in the U.S market and started producing larger glasses for the customers of U.S because they preferred to use larger glasses.
(e) IKEA adopted a strategy of having many suppliers for their requirements, this has resulted in getting the best price for their product.
IKEA can also add some more strategies such as:
(a) It can open some more outlets which are near to the city so that customers can have easy access to their store, by doing this it can gain some more customer which will increase their sales and give them more profit.
