Her Problems and Solutions Needed
The Problem
Tessa Forrester is a former student of Lister Mair Gilby High School for the Deaf. She has Sickle Cells, and is unemployed, unhappy and mostly hungry. She once resided at 20 Montgomery Avenue Kingston 10 with her parents and siblings.
Her parents are now dead. Since their death, her uncle sold her grandparents’ house. After the sale of the house, she and her siblings had to find their own dwellings. From the sale of the house, she received $100,000.00, around five years ago.

Partly out of fear and due to her illness, she is mostly at home and indoors.
Her father’s former friend doesn’t give her anything - not even food. He forbids her to touch his things in the house. In order to eat, Tessa begs friends for food regularly. She has now become very slim due to the weight loss from lack of proper diet.
Some time ago, she went to stay with her brother. Her Brother now resides in Portmore. Problems surfaced as her brother’s wife started grumbling and complaining. Feeling uncomfortable and feeling that she might be ganged up by her brother’s wife, Tessa left.
She went to stay with her sister in Kingston but her sister said she has no space, gave her $300.00 and sent her on her way.
With nowhere to go, Tessa has returned to the abusive situation with the man she was living with. She is often sick and has not visited her doctor in over 2 years and 3 months.
Tessa is sick, fearful and suffers from an inferior complex. She doesn’t fellowship much with other deaf citizens because she lost trust due to empty promises. She does not trust the deaf males, who she once went to school with, because they also demand sex from her in exchange for their
