Second factor is my outside school choices. Beginning with my attitude, sometimes I was to lazy or didn’t feel like going out for a run or for a walk, this affected my score because I wasn’t practicing at home. Another choice is nutrition. I got fifty percent or above on my entire percentile scores but one which compared to some classmates wasn’t bad. My only issue was my flexibility that I received a ten percent. This scared me because I have always been a very athletic guy and never thought this would be my issue. I have committed myself after seeing my scored to eat a less fat diet to help my body composition. Also getting in the gym more and doing more callisthenic exercises to improve my muscular endurance and strength. Try to run two miles at least twice a week or run a mile every other day. When it comes to my flexibility, I feel my percentile was low do to not warming up or stretching prior to the exam, regardless I will always try to stretch prior exerting and definitely after every activity. Both of the subjects in this test preformed excellent compared to the rankings provided. Victors Mean Power put him in between the 85 to 90 percentile with his score of 639.83 and his Anaerobic Capacity put him in between the 60 to 65 percentile. These scores indicate that Victor trains more with resistance than aerobic type exercises because of the high score of his Mean Power. These scores also correlate with his VO2 Max test we preformed earlier. His VO2 Max of 3.4 is low compared to the high end of the spectrum for that test and indicated that Victor focuses more on resistance than aerobic. Terry’s score put him in between the 70 to 75 percentile in Mean Power but put him in the 95th percentile for Anaerobic Capacity. This is due to his higher level of fitness and his lower body weight compared to Victor.…

I went to St. Michael School from Kindergarten through Eighth grade, so when it came time to leave for high school, I was not excited for the change. St. Michael was especially small in regards to student population. We had just under three hundred students split between all nine grades. That left roughly twenty to thirty kids per class. I was extremely used too this small environment and not exactly looking forward to the terrors of high school towering over me nor the thought of being lost in the sea of students. Over the years I was extremely imbedded in my academics. I had straight A’s for my entire time at St. Michael. I received the academic achievement award at Eighth grade promotion for having the highest GPA in my class. Despite this, I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to live up…

Another reason why my academic performance got so bad was the fact that I didn’t get Financial Aid during the Fall 2008 semester, so I was not able to obtain my books as soon as I would have liked. As a result, I found myself having to catch up to the rest of the class. This obviously put me at a bit of a disadvantage. If I am given another chance, I would not foresee this as being an issue in the future.…

My 9th grade post score was 18 because 5 push-ups wasn’t that good and I just wanted to get a better score and my goal was 20 but I got rally close to it. My 10th grade baseline was 34 because in the beginning of 10th grade I started to rally pracice my push-ups skills becaue I knew that could do better than 18 push-ups. I went down on my post test score because my arms were sore from the 12 minute swim and my arms were getting tired. I know it is hard to believe but I have gotten the score zero for every single barrier because I am totally and 100% involved in working out. I love working out and staying in shape, not only for my boyfriend or for other people to look at me but because I want it for myself. At the end of the day I want my body to feel good, from the inside to the outside. If you took time out your day, at least an hour, from watching TV then honestly it could help you out in the long run in a very beneficial way.…

I was surprised to learn that I scored so low in about seven assessments. I needed to work on so much from what the assessment indicated. Most people would consider me as a healthy individual that workouts most of his time. My score for my physical assessment was a 52 overall which is quite disappoint. I feel like after high school, I have been lazy and less motivated to do physical activities.…
