What Are The Four Domains Of Leadership Strengths
There are four domains of leadership strength and they are: executing, influencing, relationship building, and strategic thinking. My top five Clifton strengths finder themes are arranger, communication, strategic, futuristic, and learner. In this class I learned that I have three of my themes, which are under strategic planning. I am someone who is leading with strategic thinking because when making decision or discussing options candidly. I first help them to learn to trust the process of all alternatives and work towards the most effectively solution possible. many numerous ways of reaching it. I am an entrepreneur in the financial services and doing these strengths insights gave me such better eye opener to what I actually good at. With the strengths that I have is so essential in what I do because if I am not good communicator, the work won’t get done.
Someone that is a communicator is said to rely on diverse viewpoints of your teammates to speak conversations that produce exciting ideas. In my day-day in the financial services, I analyze everyone viewpoints in ideas we come as an office. Futuristic is a person that possesses a tremendous capacity for working long hours. This is definitely true because I am someone who wakes up from 5:00am and usually go to sleep around 1:00am. I take advantage of every opportunity to describe to others all the amazing things you see happening in the coming months, and years. To know where you are going in life, you must make an action plan how to get there and this is why I am arranger because you are motivated to work diligently. I am someone that cannot rest until I have completed what I told someone that I have to do. I am a leaner means that I increase my knowledge by being kept in the information loop. In Career Leader my top matches are coaching and mentoring, quantitative analysis and creative production. Coaching and mentoring is what I enjoy developing relationships. I prefer to work in environments that I am adding value to the business endeavor, specifically through teaching, mentoring, and coaching
others. Quantitative analysis is that Business professionals with a strong interest in this area often gravitate toward financial roles, whether as finance professionals in an operating company or in some aspect of financial services. Lastly, I am someone that is good in doing a creative production, such highly creative work can be found in almost any industry, and is obviously a major part of entrepreneurial work. Still, you may prefer to work in an industry in which the product or service is highly creative by definition, such as entertainment or advertising. This is exactly how I am because the major part of my career is entrepreneurial work. My culture match is extraversion and decisiveness that are high; this means I am someone that is happy when bringing value to others that are surrounded by me. My assessment indicate that I am highly sociable, assertive, and outgoing. Doing both programs have even gave me better picture to see exactly what I am good at.
