Did you know that wolves sprinting speed can be 36 to 38 miles per hour for short distances? Even though wolves can sprint quickly, the Big Bad Wolf was unable to catch the third pig. The three little pigs from the short story, “The Story of the Three Little Pigs,” make houses to protect themselves from the Bad Wolf. Of course, the third Pig built his house out of a durable material - which was bricks - other than it’s siblings. Throughout the story, Pig is showing his true colors and traits as he’s trying to defeat the Wolf. He’s brilliant with his quick mind, and he never seems to give up. His traits are to be very honorable because he has tricked the wolf when the other pigs could not. Therefore, from what was shown in the story it is clear that the third little Pig is definitely the most admirable pig because he was clever, quick-witted and logical with his ideas.

The first praiseworthy character trait for the Pig is clever. One explanation would be when the wolf had asked the Pig to come pick apples with him, he had awoken beforehand so he didn’t have to face the wolf. For example, in the story, it stated, “...the little pig woke at four the next morning, and bustled up, and went off for the apples, hoping to get

The three character traits show that the third little pig is the most admirable. Hard-working, clever, and ambitious are the three character traits of the third little pig. The third little pig was hard-working because he used the bricks given to him by the man to build his house, preventing the wolf from destroying his house like he did to the other two pigs. The third little pig was ambitious because he got out of sight of the wolf in time to or else he would’ve been caught. The third little pig was clever because he was able to open the pot of boiling water, causing the wolf to fall in and be eaten. Broken down, this shows that Piggy is a resource that the boys need to utilize, but fail to, and instead they treat him like a set-back, only because he is weak. He has a lot more to offer than just physical labor, and should be honed for using his brain to problem solve, or be inventive. It is quite obvious he was often bullied for his weight at school, due to the fact that kids…

Piggy is one of the main characters as well as one of the first characters we, the readers, meet. He is characterized by his glasses, asthma, and a level of decorum that direct decorum that any stereotypical Brit could envy. Within their community, he is seen as the voice of reason(see: direct). This makes his character particularly important as he is surrounded by other boys who would rather treat their crisis as a playground. However, this cynicism, on a deeper level, can be seen as a method of deflecting and a power play. On page 46, he looks upon the others with disdain as they rush up the mountain to start the fire. This separates him from the other boys, in case something goes wrong. And, of course, it does. Towards the end of chapter two, as the mountain is burning, Piggy scolds them for both not thinking, but also(and more importantly) not listening to him in the first place. These actions enable Piggy to pass the blame to everyone else and thus, allowing him to walk away with a free conscience even though their main hope for food just burnt and one of their own might be dead.…

Piggy is undoubtedly the most intelligent person in the group. Intelligence is a key characteristic of a good leader. If a leader is not smart and able to make good decisions then the group will not survive. Piggy displays his intelligence various times throughout the novel, one of which is during the chaotic time when the boys have recently seen "the beast." The boys believe that there is a "beast" stationed on top of the mountain, making it impossible for them to light the fire. All of the boys, aside from Piggy, give up and figure that they will never be rescued because they can't light the fire. "We've got no fire. That thing sits up there-we'll have to stay here,"(29) Ralph said, giving up hope before he even took the time to try and solve the problem. It is only Piggy who remains focused and makes the suggestion of moving the fire by the campsite."We got no fire on the mountain. But what's wrong with a fire down here? A fire could be built on them rocks. On the sand even. We'd make smoke just the same,"(29)he calmly states because "only Piggy could have the intellectual daring to suggest moving the fire from the…

Next, it goes to the violin pig, who built his house out of sticks. Then it goes to the piano pig, who built his house out of bricks. Then one day Donald Trump showed up at the flute pig’s house and blew the house down. Trump’s goal is to make America Great Again, which includes the security of each individual. The reason that Trump blew the house of the flute pig is because Trump felt that it is not secure enough. Therefore Trump will help the flute pig rebuilt his house and provide more security.…

    | Piggy is one of the smaller characters in this story. He is called piggy by the boys because that’s what he reminds them of. Early on in this point the boys show a sence of hate towards piggy because he is little. This emphasizes of what he will be known as throughout the entire story. The boys bother and threaten him because he doesn’t do much about it. Piggy shows positivity as they are trying to survive. I think that it was very mean to call him that because of what he looked like. He should have stood up for himself more than what he did. The author is showing us how much calling someone names can bother a person.…

The Third Little Pig is able to outsmart the Wolf in many situations. One of those events was when the Wolf told the Pig that at 6, he would take him to a field to get turnips. But what actually was, “The little Pig got up at 5, got the turnips and was home before 6” (16). This shows that the Pig figured out that the Wolf was just trying to eat him, and he developed a plan to get the turnips before the Wolf had a chance to eat him. This is admirable because the Pig was able to think and use his brain in a scary time. This is a lesson that anyone can have. Sometimes people are scared to use your brain or think outside of the box, but the Third Little Pig was able to, even in a scary time, which makes him…
