Personally, I have never witnessed age discrimination, but I think it is morally wrong. I feel that individuals who are older should have the same opportunities and experiences as individuals who are young. Even though the younger generation is faster and more prone to succeeding with technology, older individuals have experience and wisdom to help and assist their consumers and clients.
