While the way of doing so is different from their procedures, to the roles of the people that are in the trial and even the type of law system each nation uses, the similarities made from both nations’ histories and influences shaped each nation's judicial system. This influence created a judicial system that works similarly to one nation’s while remaining individual. The culturalist circumstances can also affect the types of rules in a nation’s judicial systems. Judicial systems play an important part in a society by creating order and safety within a society.
