During the Industrial revolution it reflects towards a to the fast development that took place in 18th and 19th centuries. Industrial revolution led to several far changes in the way people lived and worked back then in history. The new technology development led to very large factories with large work force. Which of course required creating new jobs with much labor, that was more less skilled. Also you didn't work for yourself or at your own timing you worked for a boss and you had to work as hard as you were told so it was challenging back then for factory workers.
