What do organizations do to manage diversity?

Diversity is the common phenomena in the workplace. I think it is important for working efficiency and cultural in organization. Managing diversity should be a part of the entire workplace. For my personal experience, I did not have any working experience, so I can not understand how to manage diversity. However, from studying of this course and article, I preferred to think that diversity can produce creativity and promote the positivity for employee’s working. We can not only notice the native impact of diversity, but also realize how to manage diversity to maximize the benefit for company and other employees.

Work-life Issues.
People often need to take different responsibility when they play the different role in social life, especially for change role between work and family life. Nowadays, more and more people focus on working, so they ignore the importance of family. They do not have ability to control the work-life balance. For example, this article show the work-life integration is a workforce issue. It not only aimed to women, this issue happened in most people’s personal life. For students, it simple to like make balance between your studying and part-time job.

Point of law: the bar exam.
This article basically has described some of the bar exam question. The author try to explain the relationship between cultures and law. In addition to, it shows cultural diversity or social diversity how to influence the whole social such as law. Countries make a law based on their characteristic culture and history. For example, a countries’s value system will react in their law, which may lead to different question in the bar exam.
