Some people can be thought of as idealists. They envision what they can do for the wider community rather than the inner community that they are always surrounded with. Snowball embodies this human aspect of human nature. He does not think about what he can do to improve his lifestyle but rather what he can do to help the other fellow animals. “Snowball who had studied an old book of Julius Caesar's campaigns...was in charge of the defensive operations”(pg.26). Snowball was the only one willing to read old books in the farmhouse to improve the defence and win the battle that was awaiting them. This work that is put in can sometimes be overlooked by the boss or leader but there is still people that are quiet achievers that do not work for the admiration. Boxer is the quiet achiever of Animal Farm. He asked the roosters to wake him up early to work, he works back late, and he was all the muscle in the revolution. He is also a loyal worker and a loyal follower, he adopts the motto of ' I will work harder' and 'Napoleon is always right'. Now no-one else adopted this motto and had such a strong amount of support for the new leader. Napoleon did not see this support and did not care when Boxer fell off the cliff and the giant stone was on him, the only thing he did was call the knackers and arrange his death for a small helpful reward.”Late one evening, in the summer , a sudden rumour ran around the farm that something had happened to Boxer...About a quarter of an hour Squealer appeared...
