What Does It Means To Be A Good Nurse

What nursing means to me, nurse is someone who is there to help the patients with their need, to help them feel the best they can since they are in unfamiliar place also it is a hospital, most people do not like hospitals so you need to keep them as comfortable as you can. In order to be a good nurse I believe you have to be able to work in any situation that you maybe put in, also be able to leave home problems at home and work stuff at work and always be looking out for your patients and not be afraid to document any changes and get ahold of the physician at anytime. I feel that you have to create a bond with your patient to they do not hid anything from as well the worst thing that could happen if you do not have their trust is that they
do not tell you something because they feel in barest to tell you and that could be something important.
