Sending a man to the moon is one of humanities greatest accomplishments. What was the key to the success of the space program? Was meticulous planning and hard effort, enough to lead to the success? The issue expressed in the given statement is controversial. Strong arguments exist in support of either perspective, because on the one hand what immediately spring to mind is the hard working and years of planning that were made previous to the launch of Apollo 11. On the other hand, the success of the mission involved great risks, and without those risks sending a man to the moon would have been impossible. In my opinion, careful scheduling plays a greater role in the successful outcome, for the following reasons.
To begin with, when you plan ahead you are more likely to succeed for the reason that you minimize the risk of failing. The first thing that planning involves is to set your goals and find ways to accomplish them. The second is to make a risk assessment. In other words, you investigate the dangerous, problems or contingencies that can occur. Indeed, large multinational companies have special teams that are responsible of risk management. That way the company can avoid making any wrong investments, and have an emergency plan ready when something goes wrong. An event that has made a lasting impression on me was the BP oil crisis in the gulf of Mexico. Bp had a risk management team, but their engineers were not prepared for a damage of that extent. When they finally managed to close the well they publicly admitted that if they had a plan ready, the extent of the damage would have been smaller.
Another area were planning seems the key to success is in education. For example, when I was in the university I had a study plan in order to pass the exams and obtain my degree. As a general rule, if you want to succeed in an academic environment you need to have a plan and not take risks. From the above examples one can see that by taking everything into consideration you can have a plan ready even for the possibility of a misfortune.
In conclusion, when one has taken carefully thought actions and has planned ahead is not only more likely to succeed, but also to keep succeeding in the future. However, we should bear in mind, that behind every extraordinary accomplishment, there were charismatic individuals how were brave enough to take the necessary risks.

Projectile motion is a form of motion in which an object is thrown near the earth's surface, causing it to move along a curved path under the action of gravity only. An example would be a football quarterback, when a quarterback throws the football in the air it goes upward and then travels back downward due to gravity. Gravity is the only force of significance that acts on the object which causes a downward acceleration. For example if Cam Newton throws a football over a long distance such as a hail mary, or is kicked, the motion the football travels in is a parabolic motion.…

There are many companies around the world that have been very successful in their business. Though the one thing that all these companies have in common is planning diligently, “planning is the conscious, systematic process of making decisions about goals and activities that an individual, group, work unit, or organization will pursue in the future” (Bateman & Snell, 2007, 118). In this paper, will be listed the basic planning process as follows; Situational Analysis, Alternative Goals and Plans, Goal and Plan Evaluation, Goal and Plan Selection, Implantation, Monitor and Control. I will compare the planning process to my current workplace. Followed by what I believe would be more crucial and why I think that. Planning is the base upon which all the areas of management should be built. There is a constant, never-ending change in the business climate and a plan must be in place to handle all of them. An internal factor that could affect a plan from being used is personal conflict. You don't like the person that has a plan. You have more authority than them, so you squash the idea before it can happen. Maybe it was a good idea, maybe not. You don't care. An external factor that can change the plan is the customer. What do the Apple customers want? When you leaked the information about a new phone about to come out (marketing), are customers camping out at your store for the phone or do they even care? Knowing the customer will help you make better decisions about what is the best plan to use.…
