For the government, it meant efficient delivery of public service. For the private sector, it was a leverage that propelled them towards becoming globally competitive. But as a mere consumer, it is simply convenience at its finest. Cell phones, Laptops and Tablets that we use today have additional value. We can get emails and other information, anytime and anywhere the technology is available. It is not hard to find a wireless hot spot because no one wants to be left behind.1
