One of my issues is that I am passionate about the care of the patients. I feel that patients are not getting appropriate care when the organization is short of staff. Passion and emotion goes hand in hand. In order to bolster my intelligence I must be passionate without bring my emotions to the table, which will help bring the best and the brightest qualities out of my co-worker. Instead of reacting with my emotions, I need to process the information and respond after I have thought about the situation. I must be able to manage my stress by learning to receive disturbing pieces of information without letting this information override your thoughts and self-control I realized that I must be able to use my emotions to make constructive decisions about my behavior. I must be able to make choices that allow me to control impulsive feelings and behaviors and manage my emotions in healthy ways. This can help our team to achieve our goals and have a positive attitude. I will make every effort and practice to learn to think more positive. I will avoid negative thoughts and turn them into positive one. As a nurse I will continue to strive to meet a standard of excellence, be committed to goals of the organization and continue to pursue organization goals despite obstacles and setbacks. When co-worker observe your motivation they are likely to align themselves with the goals of the organization.
