What Is Endorush's Proprietary Energy And Performance Matrix?
Endorush is an ultra-premium energy and performance beverage, designed to support:
• Energy
• Endurance
• Performance
• Mental Focus
• Electrolyte Replenishment

Endorush’s proprietary energy and performance matrix consists of:
NOX (Endurance & Performance ) Fusion: Nitrix oxide (NO) is produced naturally in the body and plays a role in the opening, or dilation, of blood vessels (i.e. vasodilation). NOX Fusion is intended to support NO production, particularly in the brain and skeletal muscles, where it serves as a catalyst for the performance and energy enhancing effects of the Endorush formula.

L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AKG): Arginine is a conditionally essential amino acid and a precursor to nitric oxide (NO). Science suggests that chemically bonding AKG to arginine may enhance its conversion into NO, thereby increasing blood NO levels. NO stimulates vasodilation (i.e. opening of blood vessels) and may be

Taurine maintains blood sugar via effects on insulin action. In animal and human studies, it has been found to reduce oxidative stress and support exercise performance.

Glucuronolactone: Glucuronic acid lactone displays antioxidant properties and is found in many popular energy and performance-enhancing drinks.

Methylxanthines (caffeine): Caffeine is a well-established cognitive and neuromuscular performance enhancer, particularly for short-duration, high-intensity forms of exercise.

Bioperine: This standardized fruit extract of Piper Nigrum L. or black pepper contains 95% piperine alkaloids. It is known as nature’s bioavailability enhancing thermonutrient.

Vinca Alkaloids (99% Vinpocetine, 99% Vincamine, 99% Vinburine): Vinca alkaloids are derived from the plant Vinca minor L., which is a member of the periwinkle family. Vinca alkaloids possess antioxidant properties and are used to enhance blood flow and ATP production in the brain (cognitive

This acid can be very corrosive to eyes and skin and can cause severe burns to human skin and tissues. It is miscible to water, and has a very pungent smell. Nitric acid is very reactive and can is able to melt many metals, and non metals. As a solution, nitric acid is known as a good conductor of electricity. Caffeine is a stimulant which increases cardiac arrhythmia (improper heart rate) by increasing stress hormone (e.g. adrenaline) secretions. It also increases blood pressure which contributes to the blockage of receptors such as adenosine A1 and A2 receptors. The caffeine blocking receptors also blocks vasodilatory function, in which blood vessels become less dilated. Hence wise, caffeine is also known as a mild stimulant of the central nervous system and also stimulates the cardiac muscle and smooth muscles. Caffeine increases levels of neurotransmitters such as norepinephrine has been shown to increase the metabolic rate.…

If you’re familiar with bodybuilding, and we’re talking real bodybuilding, not simply going to the gym and training chest and biceps three times a week, you’ll know just how physically and mentally draining and demanding it can be on a person. Building muscle whilst simultaneously losing fat is far from easy, yet that is the main objective of many bodybuilders, as they quite literally look to build their bodies. Often they will find themselves feeling tired, unmotivated, lethargic, run down, and just generally lacking the drive and desire to make any real progress in the gym. If any of the above sound familiar to you, perhaps caffeine could prove beneficial to you. Caffeine in bodybuilding is becoming more and more common, and for good reason…

Caffeine can be consumed through coffee, tea, energy drinks, or caffeine supplements. Regardless of the form in which it is taken, caffeine has some effect on cognition. For example, a study conducted by Warburton (1995) found that caffeine intake results in increased alertness, concentration, and memory. Admittedly, there are parallels between the effects of caffeine and study drugs in relation to improved academic performance. It is understandable why critics present this argument because if both are influencing cognitive abilities to a certain extent, then both should be treated equally. However, a line must be drawn. On the surface, the effects of caffeine and ADHD/ADD medications may seem similar, but on a neurological level, the differences are significant. As previously mentioned, study drugs bind to dopamine and epinephrine receptors whereas caffeine binds to adenosine receptors (Doyle et al, 2010). This can influence how long the effect of the stimulants will impact the body. For example, the effects of caffeine can last up to six hours (University Health Service. (n.d.)) in the body whereas Adderall can last up to 12 hours in the body (Brams, Moon Pucci & López, 2010). The differences are significant and it is too far-fetched for the two to be compared. A stimulant that is in the morning cup of coffee or tea should not be compared to medications that are legally prescribed to patients with neurobehavioural…

    2) and can liberate NO. In fact, streptozotocin has been shown to increase the activity of guanylyl cyclase and the formation of cGMP, which are characteristic effects of NO. However, the alkylating agent methyl methanesulphonate is the most toxic compound, though unlike MNU, it is not a NO donor ,indicating that NO is not an indispensable prerequisite for the toxic action of the family of alkylating agents that streptozotocin belongs to. Finally, some minor generation of ROS, including superoxide and hydroxyl radicals originating from hydrogen peroxide dismutation during hypoxanthine metabolism may accompany the effect of streptozotocin and accelerate the process of beta cell destruction but ROS do not play a crucial…
