Employees who face situations not expressly covered in this Code, the Principles of Global Operations, Principles Provider Handbook or Company Policy shall apply the philosophy and general concepts set forth therein, besides his good judgment and the highest ethical standards respected by honorable people and the contribution of supervisors, managers and professionals in the company where appropriate. If employees have any questions, they should consult the Ethics Department or the Legal Department before taking any action.
