What Is Fracking?
Fracking is a natural way of extracting natural gas from underground reservoirs. Fracking is now being used by many companies and is also a way of extracting natural gas from hot dry rocks. The process of hydraulic fracking consists of 6 main steps in which, you try to get the natural gas that is trapped inside the rock. The natural gas is released when the rock breaks, it then travels through the fractures and out of the well. The natural gas is then used in many useful ways such as to heat houses, light up a stove or move a car. Although this seems good scientist believe that fracking may have a negative impact on the world. Some research and studies show that fracking may cause earthquakes or pollute ground water but, not all scientist
