Imagine paying for every website, most of the paychecks earned would contribute to the internet fees. Imagine having to go to the library to do research. Right now our internet is free letting people browse anything. Some people can not afford rent or payments. First, paying for internet, now whoever pays for bill would also have to pay for internet fees. The sites will then be limited.
