What is Solar energy and its Advantages?
Solar Energy In 1839 Alexander Edmond Becquerel discovered the photovoltaic effect which explains how electricity can be generated from sunlight. He claimed that an electrode submerged in a conductive solution would create an electric current. ‘However even after much research and development subsequent to the discovery, photovoltaic power continued to be very inefficient a solar cell were used mainly for the purposes of measuring light. Solar energy is radiant light and heat from the sun harnessed using a range of every of ever-evolving technologies such as solar heating, solar photovoltaics, solar electricity, solar architecture and artificial photo synthesis. Solar technologies are broadly characterized as either passive solar an active solar depending on the way they capture, convert and distribute solar energy. Active solar techniques include orienting a thermal mass or light dispersing property, and designing spaces that naturally circulate.
How do we get electricity from solar panels, talk about solar powered cars The suns light ( and all light) contains energy, usually , when light hits an object the energy turns into heat, like the warmth you feel while sitting in the sun. But when light hits
Certain materials the energy turns into an electrical current instead, which we can then harness for power. Solar panels turn energy from the sun’s rays directly into useful energy that can be used in homes and businesses. There are two main types: solar thermal and photovoltaic, or PV. Solar thermal panels use the sun’s energy to heat water that can be used in washing and heating. PV panels use the photovoltaic effect to turn the sun’s energy directly into electricity, which can supplement or replace a building’s usual supply. Solar cars can accomplish this through photovoltaic cells. PVC are the components in solar paneling that convert the suns energy to electricity that flow generates the

University is one of the most common ways of work and study opportunities. Firstly when going university you will be studying about a course which will make to ready and prepared to go to the world of work. Also because during the university course you will get work experience at that specific job place related to the degree you are doing. Which will then assist you to get you skills and knowledge needed for that job role. Also most employees look for candidates with skills required for the job, as they believe these candidates to a better job than other employees, also because skills are essential and without the required skills it won’t help you do a good job for the job role. Furthermore it is said that having a degree for that job it is more likely to get a job than other candidates as you have studies years and have prepared yourself well for the job through university.…

Photovoltaic solar cells are a wafer or thin film of solid-state material, such as silicon or gallium arsenide, that is treated with certain metals in such a way that the film generates electricity when solar energy is absorbed. Essentially they can convert sunlight directly into electricity and are usually used by a large amount of panels that absorb sunlight even on cloudy or rainy days.…

Despite what any individual’s concerns are regarding energy, it has been generally accepted that the finite source generating the majority of our electricity is depleting at alarming rates. We need to find alternative sources for energy production. The most obvious and abundant source available is the sun. Advances in technology have enabled us to harvest the solar radiation which has been conducting the cycle of life for millions of years. There are two main categories when it comes to solar power, passive and active. The passive solar systems integrate the sun’s energy to heat living spaces and/or water in a building. These system are very simple consisting few moving parts, require negligible maintenance and no mechanical components (Passive Solar Design). Passive…

Energy is defined in physics as the capacity to make things move; it is widely used in today people’s residences, a variety of industries and technology fields. Most of the energy we use now comes from fossil fuels coal, oil and natural gas, which are being consumed more rapidly than they are being replaced. That means eventually we will use up these fuels. That is why we as a society need to broaden our research to develop new forms of energy resources are for this happens.…

I've never been so excited about going on a skiing trip. I had waited for this trip for a long time, and when a friend, Mike, called me and said that he is gathering our entire group of friends from our college to go skiing, Peter and I agreed to go without hesitation. When I was in college, we had already created a close-knit group of friends, and even though everyone went on his or her own path and has a wife, a husband, or children, we promised ourselves that every year, we would meet up. And so, it is the present. In my mind, I was thinking about how old my daughter, Lily, would be at the time of the trip, and whether I could I leave her and my son, Nicolas, with my mom. My husband and I decided to go skiing in the French Alps, the destination being the Three Valleys. We landed in Turin in Italy, where we were picked up by our friends, and after a few hours we were already at the hotel. Despite the early hour, we all went to the rooms for a good night sleep before we hit the slopes the next morning.…

According to records, human use of solar energy has 3,000 years of history. Solar power as an energy source and make use of only 300 years of history. Real solar as "the recent much-needed additional energy," "the basis for the future energy mix," is a recent thing. Since the 70s of the 20th century, solar energy technology advances, solar energy with each passing day. The history of modern solar energy engineer from France Solomon and Germany 1615 Cox invented the world 's first solar-powered engines counting. The invention is a use of solar energy for heating the air to expand power and water pumping machines. In the years between 1615 to 1900, the world has developed into more than one solar power plant and some other solar devices. Almost all of these power plants collect the sun by concentrating mode, engine power is not, working fluid is mainly water vapor, expensive, little practical value, the majority of personal research and manufacturing of solar enthusiasts. 100 years of the 20th century, the history of solar energy technology can be generally divided into seven phases, the following description separately.…

There are three main ways to collect solar power. The first two are called passive system and active system. These use the sun 's energy to heat up an object which can be transferred to another object or an empty space. An active system 's power can even be turned into electricity. An even better way to get electricity from the sun is achieved by panels called photovoltaic cells. The sunlight is directly converted into electricity by the panels and can run almost anything, sunlight providing. These three different techniques show us that there can be many different ways to acquire power other than the conventional and hazardous methods we use today. Passive heating, thermal energy, and photovoltaics give the world many different ways to reap the benefits of solar power.…

Solar energy is one of the most widely used energy resources throughout the world solar energy is the most promising renewable energy resources. It is widely available and easy for any one to use it is practical for individual use to power a single home or for a company facility such as bright sources solar facility in the Mojave Desert California. The facility can produce up to 377 megawatt. It uses three towers with mirrors surrounded by solar panels to reflect the light on to the solar panels to harness the suns energy. The benefits of solar much more out weigh the negatives solar can save billions of trillions of dollars for nations. The reliability of solar energy is great rising and setting of the sun is consistent while cloudy days are less predictable there are more than enough sunny days to power homes. “She…
