What Is The 42's Model Of Teacherless Education
In brief, 42’s model of teacherless education also have advantage and disadvantage. This is a refreshing and effective way of learning for student in some particular subjects. The students can learn from classmates and work as a whole in order to have better understanding and knowledge effectively. It is also a good way to training students to be professional in their future jobs. However, teachers are still a huge requirement in our education system because they can provide better supervision and some cases are more effective than 42’s model. Personally, both the methods are great, but which one is the best method depend on the students choice.

The idea of reparations stems from the argument that African Americans should receive compensation for their unpaid labor, captivity, and the ongoing discriminations. Slavery did provide the means for whites to build wealth, income, and status while African Americans have continued to struggle. The oppression of segregation and the lack of rights made it impossible for African Americans to have any political and economic power to change their position. African Americans were unable to vote and use the power government to better their situation, like the Irish immigrants did in New York, until the Voting Rights Act was passed in 1965 and that only allowed free black men to vote.…

Learning however, won’t take place just because one wishes it; the opportunity for learning must be created by the teacher. This happens when the teacher is knowledgeable and proficient in the subject they teach, when they have the desire to pass on information and skills sets to others, and when they gain satisfaction from helping others achieve educational goals. Only then, will they be able to serve the needs of the learners by “teaching in a way that…

One of the things that I learned from this chapter is that not academies use the same resources to present suitable ideas, facts, and skills that are to develop students’ knowledge of the world or to enhance the inborn abilities of students in field of education. In addition, different means such as projectors, laptop computers, Audio players, electronic whiteboards and overhead screens, textbooks, are used to display arranged teaching information in classrooms all around the world; moreover, I also learned about some other classes that are designed without all these resources. Thus, in this kind of classrooms the instructors simply approach the class, for example, with a picture or He/She can take on students through their own thoughts and experiences that bring from outside the class.…
