What Is The Difference Between American Culture And Social Structures

By living in the United States of America, each individual experience a variety of cultures and social structures. The societal structure is composed of different group of people that practice same or different traditions, customs, and social status based on their religion or culture. It is important that as a part of a functional society, people must not disrespect the beliefs of others even when they do not agree with other people in a society. Today, I am going to share my experience which is a part of my research. As a part of my research, I went to a public park near my house and performed a task which can be considered unusual for other people. By doing something out of ordinary, I would be able to examine people’s reaction towards
my actions. However, it is a part of my research named “Do Nothing”, I tried not to disobey or hurt any individual’s feelings while performing this task. Firstly, I decided to go to the park at evening time so that I can interact with more people. I belong to Asian ethnicity, and I can speak three different languages including English. I started to walk along the group of people and tried to ask them “How are you?” in different language which was Hindi. As I started to talk with them in different language, they asked me whether I need help with anything. However, they knew that I was speaking some other language, they tried to provide me assistance.
