Being democratic nations, India and the United States have key differences with respect to their cultures, populations and economies. Although both nations may differ significantly, there are still some similarities which make both countries cooperate well.
A key difference between India and the U.S. is population growth. India’s population has been growing because the birth rate is higher than in the U.S. which makes India stand as the second highest population in the world.
Another important difference is natural resources consumptions. The U.S. consumes more natural resources as it’s a developed country with enormous established industries whereas India is still developing and has far
fewer industries compare to the U.S. As there are many mega cities in India which helps to consume fewer resources as more people stay in apartments due to space scarcity whereas in the U.S. people stay in houses which consume more energy. Even the people in India who do not stay in a mega city, they still stay together in the same house as the culture believes in bonding whereas in the U.S. people believes in independent and prefer to stay in Nuclear families which plays significant role in consuming more natural resources.
Despite the differences in population growth and natural resource usage, there are still some similarities between the two countries. Both nations believe in growth and help each other by sharing the technologies and resources.
In conclusion, there are many differences between India and the United States in terms of culture, population and consumption of natural resources. However, both nations believe in growth and helping each other by exchanging technologies to preserve natural recourses.
