What Is The Moral Of The Movie Crash

During the movie Crash, I was bewildered by the racism in the movie. I kept thinking about all the offensive language and racial slurs the characters were using to offend the other characters. There were a couple people that stood out in my mind. These people were really the only honorable people in the movie in my opinion. So, if we are stranded on an island and I got to choose three of the characters with me there would definitely be some guidelines to follow. You would have to have good morals, a good showing of honorable character, and compassionate towards people that are of other races. The first person I would bring on the plane with me is Officer Hanson. Officer Hanson is new to the police force and really tries to be fair towards other races. Since he is new to the force he doesn’t have all these built up stereotypes in his mind. He shows good morals when, Cameron is acting up with the police and the police are really about to shoot him for not cooperating but, by telling the other officers that he is a friend he is able to save Cameron from what could have been a really fatal moment in the movie. I think Hanson was really just trying to make up for what his old partner did to Cameron’s wife,
Daniel has his moments in this movie but is really a family man just trying to get by. Daniel shows his exceptional morals when he is in the room with his 5 year old daughter who is afraid because she hears a gunshot. So he was doing what a good dad would do and made up this story about a fair bringing and invisible cloak that would protect him from anything. Even though that story would end up almost getting her killed it was still a example of him being a good father and having good morals. Daniel tries to show his patience with Dorri’s father, Farhad, when he was trying to fix the lock on Farhad’s door. Even though it was the door that was broken and not the lock he ended up not making Farhad pay for
