When they arrived in Berlin they were informed that their best chance of finding children for immigration would be in Vienna. April 17th, Eleanor gets a call from Gilbert, He was very discreet, said that operation was now under way. Eleanor booked passage on a ship and on April 20th at midnight. On April 14th Kraus and Schless, learned "that there were over 200 eligible children in Vienna." So, they spent a couple of days trying to figure out the criteria from which they would choose the children.
