From my observations, it appears that when my group uniformly divided the workload among the eight people, they became blindsided by their ignorance. This ignorance results as they conclude that they have weeks to finish a small quantity of work; therefore, their mindset would ultimately drift astray. From this theory, I would advocate for smaller groups, the larger workload resulting from a miniature group would make the individuals realize the severity of time and this event all together. Also, I would advise any group to perform extensive advertisement. Advertisement is a fundamental aspect in business that will attract more customers to buy your product. As a result, I recommend creating appealing posters to hang around the school. Furthermore, it would be cunning to advertise early ticket sales on the ads. From my perspective on the event day, the majority of the older students would rely one excuse: “I didn’t bring money.” Consequently, you should inform people to buy tickets days ahead of time at the student bank to allow people to have tickets and possibly spend it on your booth.
