What Is The Theme Of The Poem The Star By Anna Taylor
1. My poem is The Star by Anna Taylor and for those who don’t know this The Star is actually the nursery rhyme twinkle twinkle little star. The poem being nursery rhyme, that I literally grew up listening to, it grabbed my attention the moment I saw the word twinkle. However, there were some lines that I wasn’t familiar with, especially the last ones, that might be the only part I need to memorize. Other than being a well-known nursery rhyme, basically all the lines in The Star rhyme which I think makes poems easier to remember. Lastly, The Star, for me, is one of those poems that are easy to visualize and visualizing helps the reader get more in depth with the message of author.
2. As I explained in the first paragraph The Star is a nursery
rhyme, so I’m going to start with listening to the song (twinkle twinkle little star). Then, I going to recite the lines that I have difficulties with. After that I’m going to write the poem multiple times and continue reciting the poems. Going back to the first step I’m thinking of recording myself singing the whole poem and listen to myself every night. At last, I recite the poems I going to visualize myself performing to large audience.
