Please review the attachment for the baseline 2000 monthly budget for the proposed Northville Daycare. In our research, Team D concluded that if the ratio of the current staff was to increase to the maximum allowed by law, there would be a impact on the budget which would not have an effect on the baseline budget. As the growth of the children increase, the maximum child care staff on duty would be at a total of 17; this doesn’t include the administrative staff which we projected the following data of savings for Northville Daycare Project:…

I love dogs, how about you? There are many places to buy a dog, but Puppy MIlls should not be the place that you should choose to get a dog. Puppy Mills torture their female dogs, the dogs get diseases and dogs become aggressive due to their poor treatment in the mills.…
Everyone may love going into the pet store and seeing all of the cute puppies in the window. What many people do not think about is how much those puppies have gone through in their short period of life. That one dog that you see in the window was born from a mother who has had a litter of puppies every time she came into heat since the age of one year old. That one puppy has been around hundreds of howling and barking dogs since the moment they could first hear. That one puppy may not have been fed for weeks before entering the pet store. Finally, that one puppy rode in a crate for six hours in the back of a tractor-trailer before it was delivered inside the pet store. Pet stores sell more than 500,000 puppies a year. All of those puppies come from puppy mills. There are more than 4,000 licensed commercial breeding kennels, or puppy mills, accounted for in the United States today. This number does not include the number of puppy mills that do not require to be licensed. The United States Department of Agriculture should make puppy mills illegal due to the inhumane treatment of animals while they are at the mills.…
Puppy mills have been in the United States for many years, they are underground run organizations so they are not easily monitored by animal control units. Puppy Mills are places where purebred dogs are kept in small confinements, are severely neglected and are forced to mate until their bodies cannot handle it anymore, which then they are inhumanely killed. The puppies then are sent off to pet stores, leaving the bitches and studs there to continue the abusive cycle. Animal rights activists are trying to find ways to expose the breeders who run the puppy mills and encourage the public to not buy puppies from pet stores because puppy mills are who supply them with the puppies that are for sale.…

Daddy Day Care is a movie about two fathers who lost their jobs in the product development at a large food company, was forced to take their sons out of Chapman Academy and become stay-at-home dads, and opened their own day care facility, Daddy Day Care. The plot opened with Ben, the son of Charlie Hinton, who did his daily routine in the morning and when he woke up his dad, Charlie Hinton, he asked him if he could stay at home with him. The dad honestly declined because he had an important appointment at work. At the food company, Charlie and his co-worker, Phil, had a presentation on their new product named Veggie-O and the kids who were asked to taste their product disliked it very much. As a result from this presentation, the boss of the food company fired the whole department including Charlie and his co-worker which left them jobless because the cereals did not convince the kids. Charlie broke the news to his wife, Kim, and was shocked about getting fired with the rest of their department. While the mom went to work, Charlie and Ben were left at home spending quality time together and he thought of taking Ben to the park with Phil and his son. While they were at the park the next day, the friend of Charlie’s wife came with his son to the park and complemented Charlie and Phil for being full-time fathers because not all fathers she knew knew their own child. It would be interesting if somebody would run a day care center in the neighborhood besides the Chapman Academy, a traditional preschool, because of what they could earn from the business. And from that moment, Charlie had an idea about running a day care and he told his co-worker about it so that they would avoid being bankrupt because they were jobless. With this being their greatest idea, they opened their day care known as Daddy Day Care. Several children were enrolled to this center with different personalities: Tony as the kid who was attached to his The Flash costume, and so on. Charlie and Phil…
