He had to endure so much and from the death of his father his heart became set on revenge. From all his rage as well just a little while after his family was abandoned he murdered his older brother so he could be the head of the household or the “man of the house.” It wasn’t long though before the clan that left him and his family abandoned him kidnapped him and took him but as you can already predict he escaped from him. “In 1178 Temujin married Borte, with whom he would have four sons and an unknown number of daughters. I believe Khan to be the greatest leader because he not only respected women he treated them equally. His idea of freedom of religion was also one of greatest ideas I believe to be thought of because without the argument of you can’t believe this or you need to believe this, it created peace. In 1209 Khan then conquered the Xi Xia capital. The Jin dynasty was then attacked next and after in 1214 they besieged the capital of Zhongd. Khan continued to expand his power conquers towns, cities, and countries one after the next eventually making his empire the largest empire
