Both places have clothes and shoes for women and men, and articles for home, bed and bath. However, Ross also has tech, travel, pets, toys, kids, furniture and décor. In other words, Ross have more variation than Marshalls. In addition, Ross and Marshall have associations and they like help people. February is the month of associations. Ross helps to Boys and Girls Club, this association helping children achieve academic success, building confidence and lead healthy lives and give scholarships to sons or daughters of associates and to associates who study; In contrast, Marshalls help to an association called Our Foundation In the U.S (TJX), the mission of this is to help families who need it most build a better future. In other hand, we can compare the prices and qualities of the products in both stores. Ross store have less prices than Marshalls. For example, you can buy a Calvin Klein shirt in $16 dollars, and every product I buy there I can use more a year or more. Ross’ associates begin with $9.00 and each year increasing their salaries, they have a 20% discount in all store and for three times during the year give a 40% in the store. On Marshalls, the associates have a salary of $8.50 and there have 10% discount during the year and 20% twice of year. Nothing and nobody is perfect, Marshalls have better environment than Ross. Marshalls is pacific, have a relax music, and every department is organizing. In other hand Ross has a lot of customer every day, have different type of music but never relax music, and every department during the day is a disaster. In conclusion, clothing is the first recommendation, but we also must take care of our budget. Marshalls and Ross offer us that opportunity, and offer shoes and things for the house, among other things.
