Who Are The Main Characters In The Outsiders

I quite enjoyed reading Mrs. Hinton’s The Outsiders I forgot how emotionally charged it could be. While I enjoyed reading The Outsiders I must disagree with the authors and here’s why. Firstly Mrs. Hinton’s choice of the main character, while I understand her choosing to write about a young man doomed to repeat his mistakes. I just do not agree with this assumption.
