Who Is Alexander Hamilton A Hero
Alexander Hamilton Heros are citizens with astounding courage and strength, and have many noble qualities. These individuals choose to risk their own lives to increase the happiness and fairness in others’ lives. A hero is daring, cunning, and humble. Alexander Hamilton was more than a hero, because he redefined the definition of a hero. Needs Topic sent. Alexander childhood was similar to a trainwreck, since his early life was extremely unfortunate. Alexander claims he was born January 11, 1755 on the island of Nevis in the British West Indies. Historians believe the year was 1757, and the exact date today remains unknown. His birth parents were Rachel Fawcett and John Lavien. Lavien was extremely disrespectful and abusive to Rachel, spending nearly all her money she had inherited from her father, and he even had her imprisoned for several months for adultery. After her release, Rachel ended up divorcing Lavien and moving to St. Kitts. There, she met James Hamilton who she was legally allowed to remarry. There, she had another son, James, Alexander’s older brother. Upon returning to St. Croix, James abandoned the family when Alexander was still a boy, leaving Rachel, Peter, and Alexander stranded. However, Alexander was filled with determination and obtained his first job when he was just eleven years old. However, the family was dealt another sad blow, and Rachel fell ill and died of a fever in 1768 at the age of 38, rendering them orphans before becoming teenagers. Alexander worked as a clergyman, and became more interested in the business of money and trade, which impressed his employer.     No other presidents accomplishments can compare to the fact he was the greatest founder of the United Sates. The most noteworthy accomplishment is that he was the Commander in Chief of the Continental Army. Though no major and glorious battles were won, knowing full well the colonies were at a disadvantage, he strategically waited out the war making it to cost effective for Britain to continue while also eventually gaining Frances aid.
