He goes through a journey to better himself, helps a dying man tell his story, and advocates for society; who all need the guidance he is receiving. He also becomes a very prominent and strong character in the story which is an important trait for a protagonist Just as in life, Mitch realizes that sometimes things affect us in a not positive way and send our lives in a direction we didn’t expect, but wanting to better and being able to be a champion of a cause is the mark of a true protagonist and Mitch develops it in the story. Everyone can learn a valuable lesson from Mitch and Morrie’s story, and thanks to Mitch’s protagonistic practices, there is an opportunity
