Who Is To Blame For Macbeth's Death
They are embraced affectionately by the King and in the honor of Macbeth the King declares that he would spend a night at Macbeth’s castle at Inverness. He also makes an announcement that his eldest son i.e. Malcolm would be his heir. That was the bolt from the blue and Macbeth realizes that he needs to act promptly. He rushes back to his castle pretending that he needs to make arrangements for the reception of the King. Lady Macbeth has been introduced to the prophecy via the letter and had planned the murder of King Duncan.
