“State politics are extraordinarily important because states are charged with protecting the welfare, safety and health of their citizens.” Also, are setting up schools, establishing local governments, conducting elections, civil and criminal laws, regulate trade within states. States extend to all the objects. The ordinary course affairs that its states will do what it takes to do there job. People live in states work in states born in states. That's why we don't have federal laws.
States can get things done faster than the national government such as laws being passed some might take 6 months national government 2 years but one segment of government is not is more important than the other. …show more content…
“When the Constitution granted the federal government the right to collect taxes, regulate interstate commerce, raise an army and adjudicate legal disputes between states.” Also, are declaring war, coin money, postal system, maintain military, set standards for weights and measures, regulating trade, copyrights and patents, conducting diplomacy.

If you use your money to go back to state and help the state you can take money from your private company out back and help your state and it’s private funding. Has the rights to delegate all power through that states can come up with their own laws the federal government can change any

Having the state and federal government balanced is a very important thing. Such as, taxing, borrowing money, enforcing laws, providing for the welfare of citizen. “in this case the federal and state governments of the United States, both of which have vested interests in the powers which control and shape the nation. These powers are clearly shown in the United States Constitution at a federal level (enumerated), and have been reinforced by the Supreme Court in numerous cases. This essay will show how the powers of both federal and state governments are balanced under the Constitution of The United States of America (the constitution). To enable an assessment as to how the balance is achieved there is a need to understand the historical context in which it was created; this shall only be brief by highlight the start of the road towards a balancing of government.”
I believe that the state and federal government should be balanced because their keeping peace when no leadership is among them. They can work things out and give each other tips. This is why i believe that the power should be balanced.
