The year 1945 marked the end of the World War II. WWII resulted in a worldwide mess; many countries were completely devastated by the war. The landscapes of countries were filled with ditches and holes from trench warfare, bombings, traps, etc. Economies were completely collapsed and depleted from demolished industrial infrastructure, exhausted national wealth reserves, poor worldwide markets, and many people being put to arms production during war.
