Why Did North And South Korea Cause Fear In America?

North and South Korea has been at war and it caused fear in America because if North Korea won then America was afraid that the rest of Asia would join communism. So America joined the war against North Korea and while aiding South Korea, China had decided to join North Korea in the war as well since they are allied with North Korea. The war was one of the most deadliest wars in American history. The war was very dangerous with the elements there for America because they were not use to the temperatures there. The war for Korea has begun and will not go well for both sides in the war.
If North Korea won the war against South Korea and joined communism than other countries from Asia would do the same so America joined the war against North Korea. This fear brought many Americans to be even more scared about the nukes coming to their country and homes. So America asked the United Nations to send troops to Korea to protect South Korea from North Korea but China warned the United Nations that if they attacked than China will help North Korea. The United Nations thought that
North Korea would have allowed the Soviet Union to set up nukes in that country and other Asian countries if North Korea would have won the war. This war shows how bad it was in the Cold War for if North Korea claimed to be communist and America would have feared that the leaders would assume that other Asian countries would do the same. So, because of this America believed that if war was involved, people would assume that America will not let that happen without a war and try to prevent that event from ever happening.
