From the 23rd February to 26th October two revolutions collectively called the Russian Revolution completely changed the fabric of Russia. First, the February Revolution toppled the Russian monarchy and established a Provisional Government. Then in October, a second Revolution on orders from Vladimir Ilyich Lenin resulted in the Bolsheviks being the new leaders of Russia. Among all this confusion, Russia’s participation in World War I proved to be another problem. By the end of 1916 over 14 million men had been mobilized in the empire. The delegate strongly believes that Russia is not in a suitable condition to continue its participation in the World War as its internal political and economical turmoil acts against it. With the Bolshevik Government newly into action though in favour of the masses, the other groups like the White Army still prove as a threat and with such political disagreements the masses could be severely affected. In this situation due to the Bolsheviks constantly infiltrating Ukraine, it results in Ukraine’s indirect involvement in the World War. The delegate would strongly like to recommend in favour of passing the Decree on Peace and immediate exit of Russia from the War and reach a suitable conclusion for the new government of Russia and escape an extremely hazardous Civil War in near future.
