midway through high school, most radical change happened, I moved to USA from Pakistan. It was a struggle in the beginning to speak a way different language with different people and in a different environment. As time passes, I started taking English classes and started staying late in the campus and ask help from my teachers, as success was my need. In the evening, I started sitting outside of my house, most people walk their dogs that time.
As they were passing by my house, I usually stop them and ask them words or complete sentences. Sometimes people were really nice to me and they used to sit and helped me to read but most times people make fun of me. That thing made me more to learn English. In school I did had enough friends because of lack of speaking skills but my teachers always helped me to get me through. My passion for learning was getting stronger day by day. I stared becoming better day by day and started going to library to read books. I also Google translate, that I used to enter the words in my language and Google translates that into English for me. That helped my a lot to emphasize on my vocabulary and
Grammar. My those hard work started paying me off, and finally I graduated my school with good grades. My mother also supported me to learn, as she use to go and bye me books from different bookstores. My teachers then started giving my class presentations and helped me to read and write them. It was fun learning and some where through I started achieving my dreams. I started making friends, and was not feeling upset and discouraged anymore. In the beginning it was struggle as I moved to USA and was not sure of the language but later with the help of my neighbors, teachers and Specially my mother I started achieving my dreams. I fell very appreciated when my professors at the college like my presentations or my speeches. That saying seems so true to me “Every single drop of water make an ocean”. This learning process helped me to read and now I can't sleep without reading.
