What makes employers want me is my dedication and hard effort when I am given a task. I have the ability to push my boundaries to do the work I am assigned. Employers will want to pay me a salary because of the time and effort I am willing to do, along with my ideas and call to action. The skills I possess can include the non-stop of my will to do great in the career I am in, and to find ideas that may not be found in other individuals.
