Why Have You Chosen To Apply To The KCR?
1. Why have you chosen to apply to the KCR?
I have chosen to apply for “Kings Court Representatives” because I believe I have the qualities to join this council like cooperation, punctuality, sociable, reliability, responsibility, determination, motivation and forth coming. I am willing to work flexible hours like before a, during lunch and after school. I would love to organize administrative related events such as Awards Night, Parents Night, Grade Nine Orientation and Commencement. I also manage my time wisely between academics and extracurricular activities.
2. Identify a leadership strength that you currently possess or would like to refine?
A leadership strength that I currently possess is relationship building. Relationship building is a great value for a good leader. This strength helps build a healthy relationship between one another. Having this skill creates more team building efforts. If you possess some of these traits, along with good judgement, honesty, and a sense of humor then it will lead to building a relationship. I know I have this leadership skill because I used this skill when I was in Student Council, Mental Health and Wellbeing, Girls Club, MC Assemblies, Volleyball, Track–and–field, Homework Help, Student Election, School Fundraisers, and more.

The leadership skill I hope to develop by being a member of the KCR is directing others. I hope to build this leadership skill because without this skill it is hard to tell everyone what to do. It is very hard for me to be honest to others if they are doing something wrong. With this skill comes guidance, instruction, mentorship, planning and keeping a positive attitude even if someone is
