Why I Chose High School

High school is just the first step to my future. A university awaits for me to enter through their front doors. I plan to attend a four year university and pursue my career. I plan to earn my bachelor degree, which will allow me to expand my opportunities. I plan to take time after earning my bachelor degree and later return for my masters degree. My dream has been to be a teacher ever since I was a young girl. When I reached high school, I began to learn of all the possible careers an individual can actually pursue. Many of the individuals with college experience that I personally know have told me to do something I truly love.
My highschool career has been focused fully on academics. I have enrolled to AP European History, Honors English I & II, AP English Language, AP English Literature, Honors Pre-Calculus, AP Calculus AB & BC, Honors Biology, Honors Chemistry, Honors Physics, Honors Anatomy, AP Environmental
My parents could not afford to sent him to a luxary university and now he works most of the days to help pay his tuition. Growing up, my parents always told me to follow my dreams since I have all the opportunities. My parents grew up in Mexico and were not given any opportunities. My parents grew up in poverty which neglected them from education and barely finished elementary school. My father has been a hardworking person who has worked almost all 7 days of the week just to give my siblings and me a steady life. They have always pushed me to become something they wished they had become because there dreams were snatched away from them at a young age. I wish to become someone in life in order to make my parents and grandparents proud. Furthermore, my parents did not receive the necessary education to fulfil the financial status to complete the dream careers of their children. Meaning that I will need financial help to accomplish my
