Why I Chose To Return To School

When I decided to return to school, I applied with an excitement and eagerness I had not experienced before. I had a new yearning to learn as much as I could. Still to this day, I have that yearning. I enjoy every minute of my classes, working diligently in my time off to succeed in each course. I meet with my professors if I feel as though I do not have the full grasp of the content, or occasionally just to say hi and stay visible. Evidence of change in my academic behavior is in my transcripts. Prior to my academic hiatus, I accrued a GPA that did not represent my capabilities. Throughout the time after my return, I have earned a near perfect GPA. Southwest helped me to become a much more mature person. During my brief career, I have garnered a wealth of life experiences. I am able to manage flying full-time while still going to school full-time. I stand proud of who I have become.
I expect law school will give me the necessary tools to succeed in my future career as a lawyer. From my past triumphs, I know that the drive to succeed that I possess will help shape my future achievements. I know I am ready to take on the next challenge in my life of studying and practicing law. Southwest gave me the opportunity to succeed: I seized the offer and have thrived marvelously.
