Why I Deserve A Raise Analysis

In my life right now the most important aspects other than my kids is my

job. I have tried to accomplished many standards and met many of goals set

by you as my employer. I have always respected your authority, and always

tried to listen to what you have to say. I have woke up early ever morning to

make sure I’m to work fifteen minutes early. I work a six days a week shift.

On my days off I never have a problem coming in to work, for as many

hours as you wish. It has never been a problem for me. No matter how busy

the store gets I’ve always managed to balance and keep my customers happy

and satisfied.

When you ask me to do something specifically, I make sure get it done.

When I have specific tasks
to complete, I always make sure get it done after

my customers are pleased. I have never complain about any specific tasks

you’ve asked me to do. I have never been late yet. I’m always willing

to voluntarily ask to do something, when I have nothing to do and get it

done. I always finish my job, if I can’t I will ask other employees to help. I

get my job done in a timely manner. Being on time and getting my job done

correctly is very important to me. This is a part of my daily character, and

my routine. These are some examples to show you that I have always

respected your authority.
