Some financial advisors meet their clients at their homes or businesses. Financial planners sometimes work more than forty hours per week, especially in the beginning when they are trying to establish certain clients. Usually they work for long hours in the office. Some financial advisors even have to work evenings and weekends to meet with clients. They will usually travel by your own car, or by a company issued car to go meet with clients. This job can be very stressful at time depending on how many clients you are working with at a time. What I would like about the work setting would be getting to get out of the office often to meet with clients. What I would dislike about this work setting would be that are often long hours of sitting in and office trying to get things
done. Although financial advisors have often work for long hours, the pay is worth it. The median pay for a financial advisor is $90,530 per year, and about $43.50 an hour.
