Although the Bible does not specifically talk about abortion, it does place validity on life before birth. “If men who hit a pregnant woman and she gives birth prematurely, the offender must be fined whatever the woman's husband demands and the court allows (NIV 235).” Although this doesn’t directly say abortion is wrong, it says that the loss of the fetus should be punished.
